20% restocking fee may apply
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
Uncollected Parcels and Redelivery Fee Policy
If the incorrect address was provided or customer fails to collect their parcel and the parcel is returned to the supplier, a redelivery fee may apply.
This fee will cover the cost of reshipping the item to the customer.
On occassions redelivery fee is applied, payment will be required via bank transfer.
Claims of non-receipt
Claims of non-receipt must be reported within 35 calendar days from date of order. Due to limitations in carrier records and our ability to verify long-past deliveries, claims made after 35 days from the delivery confirmation will not be honoured.
Refunds by Law
